Rui's experience

I’ll be honest, I’m a bit spoiled when it comes to Indian food here on the island. We have very strong competition, and once you get used to really good Indian food, your standards go up. I know what I’m talking about. I’ve eaten Indian food in Barcelona, Berlin, and Lisbon. And believe it or not, we actually have better Indian food here on São Miguel. That doesn’t mean this place is bad. Not at all. The food is good, it’s well cooked, and you won’t leave disappointed. It’s just that when you compare it with the best Indian restaurants on the island, this one doesn’t quite reach that level.
