O Bakco is fine dining done properly. I’ve been coming here for years and it never slips. It’s inside a hotel, so the vibe is calm, quiet, almost too polished. Service is on another level, no amateurs here. And the food… yeah, this is where Baku really wins. It’s consistently excellent. Not “hit or miss”, not “depends on the day”. It just works. Yes, it’s more expensive than a normal restaurant, but for fine dining standards it’s actually reasonable. I’ve never had a dish or dessert here that I didn’t like. Most of the time it’s easily 9 out of 10. That says a lot. Strong advice: order the pork belly. It’s ridiculous. This is not a casual spot. This is where you go when you want quality, calm, and zero surprises.
