Ondas do Mar is one of those places where you immediately get it, you’re not here for the vibe. The place looks old, like it’s been built, patched, and rebuilt a few times. Nothing fancy, nothing modern, and honestly, if that bothers you, don’t even go. People come here for one thing, the food. And yeah, it delivers. The quality is top-notch, both fish and meat, but let’s be real, fish is the safe bet here. Everything feels proper, local, and well done. Service is also solid, no complaints there. This is a classic example of a place that looks average but cooks way above its level.
