Pinhal da Paz is one of those places locals love but tourists almost never hear about. It’s a huge forest park filled with trees, walking paths, picnic tables, barbecue areas, and plenty of space to just hang out for the afternoon.
Families come here on weekends to barbecue, kids run around the playground, and there’s enough space that even when it’s busy it rarely feels crowded. If you like relaxed nature spots without having to hike or plan anything, this is easily one of the best picnic parks on the island.
