    "Tiny pool. Insane place ❤️"

    Rui's experience

People call this a natural swimming pool, and technically… yeah. There’s a tiny man-built pool next to the dock where the fishing boats stay. That pool is basically for kids. Adults don’t really use it because it’s way too small.

What actually matters here is the bay. This whole area is a sheltered bay, super protected from waves and currents. That’s why boats dock here and that’s why the sea is insanely calm.

Most adults swim directly in the sea, not in the pool. And honestly, that’s where the magic is. Crystal-clear water, ridiculous colors, and one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. It feels safe, calm, and beautiful without trying too hard.

    Pros

    • Sheltered bay with very calm water
    • One of the best snorkeling spots
    • Incredible water clarity

    Cons

    • Gets packed in summer
    • Very limited space
